• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  3. Ship the item back to our warehouse within 30 days of the date you received it.

• Final Sale Items: Products labeled as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom Items: Any custom-made products are also non-refundable unless they are defective or not as ordered.

 

Shipping Costs
