Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

The shirt you received is of the wrong size (different from what you ordered).

The shirt you received is of the wrong color (different from what you ordered).

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you do not like the quality, fabric, style, or for any reason other than a size or color mismatch.

Return Procedure

Contact Us: Please email us at stylegentswear786@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the size or color mismatch.

Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Shipping Costs: We will bear the courier charges for the return. Please use the shipping method provided in our instructions.

Conditions for Returns

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Returns requested for reasons such as dislike of quality, fabric, or style will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

If the claim is not valid (e.g., item matches the original order), the return will not be accepted, and the product will be shipped back to you at your cost.
